[12] Return to Riverside Station with Wang Clan Patriarch.

[13] Ask Yamen Runner about Wang Lan's whereabouts.

[14] Search for Wang Lan.
・Go inside and he will be behind bars at the right side.

[15] Speak with Wang Lan.
