[1] Begin the Quest

・Head to the Pear Blossom Tree in Hopewell Academy. Just south of the Hopewell Academy Boundary Stone. Search the upper right corner of the tree for an NPC on the ground in pain. Talk to Wu Caifeng and select "Ask about situation."

[2] Prepate 1 Hemostatic Powder

・To progress, you will need 1 Hemostatic Powder. You can craft it, or purchase it from Xiong Da the Peddler at Heaven's Pier, Hu Niu'er's General Goods, or Xu's Fragrant Rememies.

[3] Give the Hemostatic Powder

・Once you have the powder ready, talk to We Caifeng again and give it to her, this will complete the quest.
