After completing the quest, The River's Refrain, this item will automatically drop.

[2] Find the skeleton in Ayisu.

[3] Give the Lullaby of Fireflies to the skeleton.

[4] Use Meridian Touch to adjust the skeleton clockwise.

After a scene, the quest ends.
