Wen Yuan is sick, and Zhu Yu's notes might help.

[1] Talk to Ling Quan and Wen Yuan in Verdant Hill Village.

You find out that Wen Yuan is ill. They are looking for Zhu Yu's notes, which might help cure him. Try looking for the two elders who might know about the notes.

[2] Look for Old Li who lives southwest of the village.

He doesn't know about the notes, but he gave you a clue: Zhu Yu is friends with a doctor named Yang.

[3] Look for Old Xing who lives east of the village.

He tells you that the doctor might be at the Riversong Theater.

[4] And finally, look for Old Yang.

Because of the information from the two elders, you find Old Yang. Take Zhu Yu's Notes from him. But he leaves you with a warning:

The true decoction is powerful, yet harsh. It can save a life, but at the cost of one's health and even lifespan. In the chaos of war, it was a desperate last resort.

[5] Return to Ling Quan and Wen Yuan.

Give them the notes.
