A fisherwoman can't find her breathing tube and enlists the wanderer for help.
One by the River Walkthrough
[1] Talk to Lady Yu.
You can find her at this location at night.
She's looking for her breathing tube but probably left it at home. She asks the wanderer to get it but not to alert Quan Xian while at it.
[2] Find the Breathing Tube.
Use Celestial Seize on Quan Xian to obtain the breathing tube while he sleeps. Do this at night.
[3] Give the Breathing Tube to Lady Yu.
