This quest allows you to join the Raging Tides Sect.

[1] Go to the Northern Vow Training Ground in Qinghe and drink the strong liquor.

[2] Perform the Yanyun Oath for the fallen heroes.

[3] Pick up the letter.

[4] Taste 9 types of wine within 9 days.

You now have a Letter of Initiation for the Raging Tides Sect, which requires you to taste 9 types of wine.

You can buy 4 types from the Honest Merchant in Harvestfall Village. For the rest, you can complete it through the Pitch Pot challenge.
