Head northeast of Squarewall Hold Ruins to find Granny Pan and Young Yichao.

[2] Use Celestial Seize.

Travel to Squarewall Hold Ruins Boundary Stone in Ayisu and steal the Bloodstained Tassel from Li.

[3] Tie the Red Tassel around the Spear.

Return to Granny Pan and Young Yichao suggests to hang the Red Tassel on the nearby weapon.

After that, claim the reward to complete this Wandering Tale.

Note: Talking to Granny Pan again in Squarewall Hold starts "The Final Retreat"
