Hallway Prayers Walkthrough | Where Winds Meet

As you enter the eerie hallway, the sound of abnormal chanting fills the air. Move forward and look for Yingying.

[1] Proceed

・ Pass through the hallway that is filled with prayers from the God of Fortune believers.

・Push the Heavy Gate when you are ready, as a Boss Fight will start beyond this point.

[2] Defeat God of Avarice

・Face the God of Avarice (Lord Shi) after a cutscene. Prepare for a long fight since there will be multiple phases.

・In the first phase, the Boss primarily uses a heavy sword. Maintain a safe distance when he swings his weapon, and watch out for his long-range Coin attacks as well.

・Additionally, when the God of Avarice moves to the center, stay away and start sprinting to dodge its special attack.

・Guard up for the second phase! The God of Avarice will now use a fiery dual-sword in battle, and his attacks will be faster.

・Lord Shi also has the ability to control the Money Tree and create a Money Flower that protects his HP. Focus on landing hits to break the lock.

・For the third and final phase, the Boss will transform into its giant form with his ruyi scepter as a weapon.

・Wait for the right moment when the eye on his colossal weapon glows. Use your Bow to hit the center of the coin and weaken him.

・Anticipate the attack from the believers that he will summon afterward.

・Remember that Gold Skills cannot be deflected. Make sure to dodge them!

・Once the battle is over, a cutscene plays where Yingying and the common folk give you, the Young Wanderer, the strength needed to defeat the Boss.

・After this Quest ends, the Furnace of Righteousness Campaign will become available.
