Note: You must have finished the Wandering Quest Still Waters Run Deep to finish this quest properly—meaning that you should have also finished the Jianghu Legacy, An Unholy Prophecy to do so.

[1] Talk to the colorist.

[2] Travel to the Firefly Locust Tree during the day.

[3] Talk to the Gu Xian, the man sitting on the rock, near a table. He will tell you what time the tree will glow.

[4] Set your time to Hai Hour and paint the scenery.

[5] Go to the dock at Petalfall Crossing and paint the scenery.

[6] Enter the temple through the Western Eaves.

[7] Find the Mysterious Painter inside and paint the God of Killing.

[8] Return to the Colorist and submit all of the paintings.
