[1] Follow the code to find the real informant.
[2] Get prepared and speak to Informant Er'ma.
[3] Speak with Er'ma.
[4] Defeat the Guards
[5] Use Mohist Hill's mechanism to lower the gear Key.
[6] Board the boat and head to Gonggong Crane with Er'ma
[7] Defeat the Guards to open the Floodgate.
[8] Go to the Gonggong Crane
[9] Investigate the Abandoned Rain Warehouse.
[10] Defeat the Guards to open the Floodgate.
[11] Board the boat and continue to Gonggong Crane.
[12] Defeat the Guards to reach the Gonggong Crane's Base.
[13] Defeat Bloodscale Hall Leader Feng Ruzhi.
[14] Go to the Gonggong Crane to meet Er'ma.
[15] Enter the Crane Base via the Floodgate.
[16] Dive into the Yellow River Depths.
[17] Enter the Underground Canal.
[18] Return to the Gonggong Crane Base.
[19] Activate the Gonggong Crane Mechanism.
[20] Go to the Crane's Upper Level.
[21] Defeat the Guards.
[22] Find a way to reach the top and hoist the Treasure Seal.
[23] Defeat River Master.
[24] Question River Master.
[25] Jin Zhongyuan: The River Master

For this quest, be ready to find multiple enemies in between the puzzles. When opening the floodgates, use Tai Chi to redirect water from water statues. You can activate these statues by stepping on a stone platform.
