[1] Set the time to the Mao Hour and enter Ghostlight market.

[2] Put on your Spectral Armor.
・Do not attempt this quest without the prerequisite Jianghu Legacy Chapter in order to avoid being attacked and losing health from miasma.

[3] Talk to Wen Zhong.

[4] Set the time back to any other time and teleport out of Ghostlight Market.

[5] Visit this shop to acquire the Worn Long Spear.

[6] Do steps [1] and [2] again and give the spear to Wen Zhong.
