Speak with the Apothecarium Physician, Shi Tu, and his apprentice to get Sanniang's Debt Slip IV.
[3] Give the IOU Note to Monk Youtong.
Find Monk Youtong to deliver the loan slip and ask about Xiaohu.
[4] Find more IOU Notes.
