Confirm the legends of a lunar goddess who is said to dwell within Moon Lake, deep beneath the Crimson Cliff of Moonveil Mountain.

[1] Talk to Xiao the Healer.
・Xiao can't stop laughing and he begs us to help him look for the antidote by the Crimson Cliffs
・This quest is not related to him but the mention of Crimson Cliffs will trigger this quest

[2] Search along the lakeshore.

[3] Speak with Unfated Tian.
・Seems like we're acquainted with him
・He says he's been hired to go down to the lake

Here is the letter he's been given:
To the Esteemed Master:
As the eyeless, I've been dwelling beneath the lake. Long unseen by the world, now at last my chance has come. Master, I await your arrival. It is time to change the eyes.

The depths of the lake are riddled with illusions. Should you come, remember:

Water falls from heaven and gathers in the well.
North, east, south, and west. The Windlong's zither's notes dwell.
What you see is not always real. The blind trust what hearts tell.

[4] Dive into the lake to uncover its secrets.

[6] Explain what happened to Uncle Tian.**

[7] Unfollow Unfated Tian to the bottom of the lake.

[8] Ask Unfated Tian about the statue.
・The statue is of the Lunar Goddess, also known as "The Blind"
・She is a blind swordswoman

[9] Study the strange Blind Girl statue.
・Step on the glowing platform
・The orientation of the puzzle is as follows, going clockwise:

・Large circle
・West
・North
・East
・South
・Go in the order: North->East->South->West

[10] Enter the gate with Unfated Tian.
・Uncle Tian finds a dead body and decides to examine it

[11] Explore ahead alone.
・Be careful of traps. Cut the hanging cloths to stay safe!
・You will see a broken bridge...DO NOT try to jump across it. There is a different path o the east
・Try not to pass through the glowing blue plants as they will turn your vision dark

・You can find various chests in the lake but don't forget to resurface every once in a while!

[13] Ask Unfated Tian for updates.
・The corpses around seem to be about 3 years old and were killed using swords and ribbons, the weapons of choice of the Lunar Goddess

[14] Find a way to activate the stone gate's contraption.
・Investigate around to gain items
・To open the door, first, find the contraption that rings the bells
・Next, step on one of the blue plants. Uncle Tian will have mentioned a while ago that while it blinds you, it enhances your hearing
・While blind, activate the contraption and observe the sequence of the bells
・Use arrows to activate the bells in the same sequence right after

[15] Push the stone gate open.

[16] Give the Ice Jade Box to Unfated Tian.
・Uncle Tian says that the Goddess doesn't want new eyes

[17] Find what the Lunar Goddess really wants.
・Head to the bottom part of the area to acquire the Small Dagger and the Moonlit Flower
・The Moonlit Flower is the blue flower that blinds you. However, here in this part of the cave, you can see that most of these flowers are withered and this is the only one still blooming
・If you've collected the letter fragments, you can put them together here
・Examine the Goddess' body and give her the items

[18] Find an exit.
・Go down and you will see a slight gap in the stone wall. Squeeze through it.

[19] Exit.
