Help Zhou Qiqi in trying to stop more pickpockets.

[1] Talk to Zhou Qiqi

・ First, be sure to have Meridian Touch equipped before starting thsi quest. Go to the designated location in the South gate Avenue. Look for a little girl, Zhou Qiqi. She should be peeking from behind a wall. Talk to her.

[2] Trail the suspicious passerby without being seen

・Follow the NPC, Tang Yue, as he apporaches the flower shop. Take to the rooftops to avoid being seen. Now be careful, when he starts inspecting the the man looking at the Flower Shop, you will be timed to stop him.

[3] Use Meridian Touch to immobilize the thief.

・Just to remind you, you are timed. Use Meridian Touch to stop him. If you are on the rooftops, drop back to the ground to use it. If you fail to stop him before he steals, you will have to restart your game to do the quest again.

[4] Talk to Tang Yue

・Talk to him once he is immobilized. Regardless of your dialogue choice, the quest will end all the same.
