Mo Yuwang, a top correspondent for the Jianghu Daily, is chasing a story about Kaifeng's growing culture of slacking off.

Quest condition:

Talk to the wailing child for a chance to trigger an encounter—make sure you've completed Correspondent: Eastern Herald to trigger this encounter.

[1] After talking to the child in Fairgrounds, go to the Nine Mortal Ways camp.
[2] Speak with Zhen Yu.
[3] Speak with Ge Mang.
[4] Make a portrait for the slacker.
[5] Go to the next slack-off place.
[6] Ask around about Ma Lou; talk to Wu Gua, He Xiaocheng, and Ling Tian.
[7] Speak with Ge Mang.
[8] Speak with Ma Lou.
[9] Make a portrait for the slacker.
[10] Go to the next slack-off place.
[11] Figure out what's happening.
[12] Find out what's unusual about Jia Gongze (use Celestial Seize)
[13] Take "Young Justice Bun by Detective Tee" from Jia Gongze's inventory.
[14] Expose Jia Gongze by confronting him.
[15] Make a portrait for the slacker.
[16] Speak with Ge Mang.
[17] Return to Mo Yuwang.
[18] Eavesdrop on Mo Yuwang's conversation.
[19] Expose Mo Yuwang by confronting him.
[20] Give the portraits to Mo Yuwang.

This quest is pretty straightforward—just make sure you aim the camera at the target properly when you're drawing portraits of the slackers.
