Paralyzed by Panic Side Story Full Walkthrough and Details | Where Winds Meet

You find Big Smart (Is he really?) standing still. He tells you he was bitten by a Five-Step Snake. To survive, he must not take the fifth step.

Quest conditions:

・Heavy Rain
・Shen hour

There are two ways to trigger this event:

[1] Adjust the time to Shen hour in Photo Mode and change the weather to heavy rain.
If this doesn't work, use the other option.

[2] Adjust the time to Shen hour in the menu settings where you see the clock. Repeat the process until the heavy rain occurs.

[1] Talk to Big Smart.

You ask him if he is paralyzed, and he tells you he is not. He tells you he was bitten by the Five-Step Snake! The key to surviving the bite is to never take the fifth step. He then realized that if he doesn't move, he will starve to death instead.
[2] Heal Big Smart from the snake bite.

Use your doctor ability to cure him of Snake Venom (3100).

[3] Check on Big Smart who is now walking around.

He tells you that Big Astute has gone missing and asks you to help him.

[4] Find Big Astute.

He really looks like Big Smart.

[5] Talk to Big Astute.

Apparently, he was also bitten by the Five-Step Snake… He tells you he is more shrewd than Big Smart. Big Smart took four steps, and if he makes a mistake of taking one more, he'll die. For him? Well, he took zero steps! Brilliant!

[6] Heal Big Astute from the snakebite.

Use your doctor ability to cure him of Snake Venom (3100).

[7] Check on Big Astute who looks absolutely fine now.

He tells you Great Wisdom is missing.

[8] Find Great Wisdom.

You see him on the ground.

[9] Talk to Great Wisdom.

This one was not bitten by the Five-Step Snake but the Seven-Step Snake! He is the most brilliant of them all! He crawls! He won't get hungry without taking any steps!

[10] Heal and Detoxify Great Wisdom.

Use your doctor ability to cure him of Snake Venom (3100).

[11] Teach the brothers a lesson.

You will need to defeat them and then get the chance to berate them.

They tell you that letting a thousand snakes bite you will let you walk more.
You explain to them that the potent venom will kill you within the time you walk seven steps.
