[1] Talk to Xiao Ping'an after meeting him again.

・ Trigerring this quest is tricky. The best way to do it is to clear an enemy camp. When you get the notification that the encounter has been triggered, search the outskirts of the camp for Xiao Ping'an.

[2] Go to the designated location and perform Strategic Sword - Inner Track Slash

・Be sure to have the move equipped. Head to the quest marker and perform the move in front of Xiao Ping'an, this could take some repositioning on your end to get it right.
