[1] Talk to the Nameless Elder on the mountain trail leading up to the Reclining Buddha Temple.

The man plays a flute, saying he's signalling to his injured friend the broke their spine that he is there for them.

[2] Repair the broken red flag.

Continue upwards on the mountain path to find the broken red flag. Use Cosmic Reversal on the banner to fix it.

[3] Report to the Nameless Elder.

He will thank the player and ask them to carry the banner near them (facing north, the banner to the right of the broken tree branch) down below.
