Complete the Wandering Tale, The Impossible Harvest.
Unlock the Lianzhou (Fallen) map by completing the campaign, Death of the Governor.
To unlock the Death of the Governor campaign, complete the Lost Chapter, Homeward Vow.

[1] Talk to Star in three different locations in Lianzhou (Past).

WALKTHROUGH

[1] Talk to Star west of Dasan Pass boundary stone (Lianzhou - Fallen).

[2] Get some grapes in Kingvine Village (Liangzhou - Fallen).

[3] Give the grapes to Star.
