・During the Day (Change to Chen Hour) & Fair Weather

[1] Talk to Ma Wenya.

Speak with Ma Wenya and he will ask you to fetch him a ladle of water from the History Bureau Pool.

[2] Find the Pool Water.

Collect the bottle of Pool Water from the center of the Reserve Archives courtyard.

[3] Submit the Item to Ma Wenya.

Return to Ma Wenya and hand over the Pool Water to complete the Side Quest.
