To Heal or Not to Heal Side Story Full Walkthrough and Details | Where Winds Meet

A true goose boss bows to no one—even when sick. Locate the diseased goose, the local bully at the back of Heaven’s Pier Village, using Wind Sense. Select a healing method to help it recover.

[1] Find the sick goose

・You will discover the goose by chance while exploring the river in Moonveil Mountain. Approach it and you can start healing it.

[2] Use Wind Sense and select a method to heal the goose**

・You will now enter the healing minigame. However, try to treat this bird in with anything lower than a Tier 4 Healing Career and your goose will be cooked. If you fail the minigame, the goose will go berserk and will kill you (it will be even harder to kill in co-op mode). Train your Healing Career to Tier 4 first before attempting to heal. When you do, the quest is complete.
