[1] Reach Lv. 32

・To start Chapter Two: Universal Furnace in Where Winds Meet, you need to be at least Level 32. Continue exploring Qinghe to gather EXP!

[2] Go to the Dock

・Head to the Dock near Blissful Retreat.

[3] Speak with the Boatman

・Talk to the man lying next to the barrels when you are ready to depart for Kaifeng.

[4] Leave Dock

・Once you arrive, you will automatically unlock the Harborlink Crossing Boundary Stone.

・When you reach the marked location, you'll thank the Boatman, which ends this Quest. You are now ready to head out and explore the Kaifeng region! What new adventure awaits?
