You hear that a lone monk has dared to enter Buddha Fort, the stronghold of a group of rogue monks in the northeastern reaches of Sundara Land. Find out what happened to him.

Quest conditions:

[1] Clear the Buddha Fort Outpost.
In my case, I already cleared it in the past. I didn't have to do this again for the encounter.

[2] Equip the Lion's Roar.
You need to ring all four bells found in Qinghe. This should immediately trigger the encounter. You will be required to listen to the monks near the Outpost.

[3] In case doing 1 and 2 doesn't work, try changing the time to Shen hour.

[4] If you have problem triggering the "listen" prompt to start the encounter, kill the nearby enemies.
In my case, I just needed to kill the two nearby.

[1] Eavesdrop on the Bandits in Buddha Fort.
You hear them complaining about the Humble Monk and wants to burn him.

[2] Stop the Two Bandits.

[3] Rescue the Monk.

[4] The monk seems disappointed
He didn't like that you chose violence. They were merely having evil thoughts and not actually committed it.

[5] Chant Sutras to the Bandits.

[6] Reprimand the Bandit Leader.
And by this it means you need to use the Lion's Roar.

[7] Find the Bookseller at the dock.
He tells you that he was forced to have those books made by the Humble Monk actually known as the "Sound of Buddha" who is violent when beating people.
