[1] Go to the harvest shrine. Look right beside the entrance outside. If you're there during the day, talk to Xie Zhaoming. If you're there at night, talk to Liu Xiao'an.

[2] Use Celestial Seize on Wu Guoya and take the Half Flatbread.

[3] Give the Half Flatbread to Zhang Dabao, who is right at the town entrance nearby.

[4] During the day, go and talk to Liu Xiao'an at the shrine. OR

[3] Give the bread to Liu Xiao'an or Xie Zhaoming.

[4] Talk to the kid again.
