To unlock the Death of the Governor campaign, complete the Lost Chapter, Homeward Vow.

WALKTHROUGH

[1] Talk to Qiu Pingzhi near the Skybrim Market boundary stone.

From the Skybrim Market boundary stone, head toward the broken temple and go down.

[2] Find the three fragments in Skybrim Market.
