When the bells on a pear blossom tree ring, a stone tablet's wishes are said to be granted.

[1] Begin the Quest

・Head south of the Hopewell Academy Boundary Stone. Search around the area with the tree. Look for a Stone Tablet and then read it.

[2] Shoot the bells

・Above the Stone Tablet is a Pear Blosson Tree with hanging bells, you can see them when they get highlighted. Equip your bow and arrow and shoot the bells, you will hear a ring and see a glowig ring if you've shot them. Once you do, the quest will conclude. You may have to shoot the bells again to complete the quest if the first round of shooting yields no results.
