[1] Advance forward from the Xiao Pass Old Road Boundary Stone by following the path.

The wanderer will notice that there are a lot of soldiers in the area. Observe the surroundings to determine what to do next.

[2] Proceed forward to the end of the road with caution.

There are many soldiers ahead. The player may choose to go round about the destination or to battle the soldiers.

At the end of the road is a man eager to fight the wanderer - Meng Jichuan.

General Recommendation: Use long-ranged weapons. He hits very hard in close quarters.

Meng Jichuan's Moveset

Move	Showcase	Tips
Flurry of attacks		Either keep your distance or be prepared for a lot of deflecting
Shield		This protects both his energy and his HP. Best to wait it out instead and either avoid or deflect his attacks.
Spear Smash		Meng Jichuan will do three conscutive heavy attacks with his spear, each attack hitting harder than the last. You can deflect the attacks, but if you don't think you can get the timing right, best to dodge.
Vortex		This will continue to deal damage as long as you are in the area of effect. It will also pull you towards Meng Jichuan and give him the chance to immediately attack you. If you see him about to plunge his spear into the ground, move away!
