The All-Knowing Parrot Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the All-Knowing Parrot.
Speak with Cuiqiao, who seems to be having trouble getting help from the All-Knowing Parrot. Since nothing comes for free, the creature demands something in exchange.
[2] Collect the Required Items.
Find the Payment that the All-Knowing Parrot wants. The items are scattered around the courtyard, so simply follow the Quest Markers to collect them.

[3] Return to the All-Knowing Parrot and give the items.
Complete the Exploration Quest by submitting all the items to the Parrot. It will give the answer that Cuiqiao is looking for.
