The world boss variant of the Bloodscale Hall Master. Can be found in the Verdant Hill Village after completing Heavenfall.

Feng Ruzhi attacks relentlessly. You must also avoid being hit by her yellow attacks and drop the ball, as not having it for more 15 seconds causes and automatic defeat. You can also dodge her lunging attack by dodging forward, causing her to lose sight of you in mid-air.
