No Return Walkthrough
[1] Talk to Wei Sanlang.
Speak with Wei Sanlang at the Training Grounds to start the Wandering Tale.
[2] Get the New Wristguards.
Climb the nearby stairs and interact with Xu Weishan to get the Quest Item.
[3] Hand Over the Wristguards to Wei Sanlang.
Return to Wei Sanlang and deliver the New Wristguards.
