[1] Change the time to Zi Hour.

[2] Talk to Huang Chenqing.

[3] Talk to Master Bu'er and ask about the teahouse.
・You must talk to Master Bu'er because you cannot give the hairpin back to Huang Chenqing even if you recover it.

[4] Find the site with the Xuanyuan Cult and eavesdrop on them.

[5] Defeat the cult members and acquire the Rusty Gold Hairpin from the treasure chest.
・Click 'Search' and not just 'Open' for the chest.

[6] Give the hairpin to Huang Chenqing.

[7] Change the time to Zi Hour.

[8] Climb up the tree and talk to Huang Chenqing.

[9] You may give the hairpin either to Master Bu'er or Wu Xiangwan.
