There seems to be come tension between the master of Finesteed Hamlet and the Weiyang trader.

[1] Begin the quest

・To trigger the quest, look for Qi Feijun during Shen Hour (15:00-17:00) in Finesteed Hamlet in Sundara Land, Qinghe. You can find it northeast of the Finesteed Hamlet Boundary Stone. Speak to Qi Feijun to begin the quest.

[2] Search for the vial.

・Head inside the nearby hut and look for the shelf on the far end of the hut. Select Small vial to get the vial on the shelf.

[3] Return the vial to Bu Wen

・After claiming the vial, look for Bu Wen. Select "Give" and give him the vial to complete the quest.

OR

[3] Give the vial to Qi Feijun.
