[1] At Chou Hour, talk to Qi Sheng'en on the roof.
He tells you he is hiding from Lord Wei who wants to give him back the pouch. But he refuses to take it back because it serves as a repayment.
[2] At Wu Hour, talk to Fang Yushi.
You obtain the bulging coin bag from Fang Yushi. He asks you to return it to its owner.
[3] Talk to Wei Shanren at Chou Hour and give him the Bulging Coin Bag.
You explain to him the situation, and he accepts the bag.
