After ringing the Peace Bell Tower, you hear a mysterious voice nearby.

Note: You must have finished the Oddity: Melodies of Peace Quest before you can unlock this Side Story. This can be triggered after waiting a few in-game days after doing the Encounter.

[1] Ring the bell at the Peace Bell Tower.

[2] Follow the sound.

[3] Speak to the mysterious person.

[4] Change the time to night.

[5] Talk to the mysterious person again.
