The Silent Deity Side Story Full Walkthrough and Details | Where Winds Meet

An abandoned village, what was known as the Little Dear Village to now, the Wraith Village, turned into ashes.

Quest Conditions:

[1] Talk to the Wang Damin.

He will tell you not to go to the Wraith Village.

[2] Talk to the Mad Man.

He seems to be eating a live pheasant.

[3] Investigate The Eight Brother.

It's a dead crow near the boundary stone.

[4] Go to the house near the boundary stone. You will find:

Lower Floor
・Soul-eating Scroll

Upper Floor
・Longevity Fruit
・Strange Records
・Chen Zangqi's Herbal Compendium

[5] Investigate the Blood Trace.

[6] Talk to the Village Chief, Ba Shan.

You will first find him cooking "stew" outside. You can use Celestial Seize to steal his key.

[7] Go inside the house.

Read the Letter of Final Will and investigate the memorial tablets near it.

[8] Investigate the Painting and Light the Incense.

Use your fire arrows to light the incense.

[9] Talk to the Eccentric Blade Grinder.

[10] Talk to Ba Shan again.

This time he is near his son's coffin.

Go inside and read the letter addressed to the Venerable Master. You will get the quest item, Three: Lost Path.

[11] Go to the Shrine offering area.

・Investigate the bride made of grass.
・Read the letter near the food offering.
・Read the blue note nearby.
・Take the Offspring charm.

[12] Go to the large tree with a hollow on the bottom.

Inside the tree, you will find the quest item, Whispers of the Mountain and Moon: Li.

[13] Eavesdrop on the Mad Man and Eccentric Blade Grinder.

The Village Chief will arrive, and you will be knocked out. You will automatically receive the quest item, Five: Villagers' Path.

By this time, the whole village is on fire.

[14] Go back to the large tree where you found Li's book.

You will have to fight Ba Shan.

This will then trigger the exploration quest, The Silent Deity.

Note: Some of these conditions might not be necessary, but we want to include everything we did to trigger the event.

[1] While the village is on fire, leave Little Deer Village.

Go to the marked location of The Silent Deity and this automatically completes the quest.
