・After opening the Anti-Fraud Manual, click the "Obtain" option under the Maiden entry; this will lead you to a chat with Fan Qicha.

[2] Befriend Fan Qicha

・Try raising Fan Qicha's affection by responding to her messages.

・Keep playing along and flirt with Fan Qicha, you can craft your own replies. You’ll be able to meet your mysterious friend once the chat displays this text:

"Fan Qicha gently adjusts her hair, thinking to herself: I will wait for you always, across from the Nine Mortal Ways Disciples' Quarters. Look for the one in pink, that will be our signal."

Note: If you find yourself stuck and aren't getting the right responses from Fan Qicha, try resetting the chat.

[3] Meeting Apppointment

・Head to the Disciples' Quarters and speak with the Woman in Pink.

[4] Keep Searching

・Follow the Quest Markers to reveal Fan Qicha's real identity.

[5] Scold the Brawny Man

・Talk to the man in front of you and wrap up this Injustice Quest!
