The Dao Lord Walkthrough | Where Winds Meet

A sinister crime lord with loyal subjects by his side. Encountered during the Main Quest Universal Furnace: Accident/Unbound Cavern campaign.

The Dao Lord is annoying to fight, as his attacks can blind you, and he will turn into the three little rats (always has been) in Phase 2. In either case, it's better to use ranged weapons and the bow to maintain a safe distance while also dealing damage.
