You find Madam Liu who lost everything because of Hao Youxian. It looks like there is a scammer sending notes to the villagers asking them for 50 strings of coins.

[1] Talk to Madam Liu and find out what's wrong.

They have a problem with Hao Youxian who is now stealing from their family.

[2] Find Hao Youxian and talk to him.

You find that he is stubborn and this leaves you no choice but to take it from him unnoticed.

[3] Use Celestial Seize to obtain the "Proof of Glory."

Take Ying Ziying's Note and the Crumbling Clay Tally.

[4] Go back to Madam Liu and give these items.

It looks like Granny Yu also received the same note asking for 50 strings of coins in exchange for something grand from someone related to an emperor. She tells you that Wang Fugui and Ji Youde received the same thing.

[5] Talk to Ji Youde and Wang Fugui.

Ji Youde believes whoever made the note is a child. But Wang Fugui seems to believe it. Picking up his note, it really is the same note asking for 50 strings of coins.
