Go to Wheatwind Bazaar as mentioned in the letter to look for Wuque.

Go to the Wheatwind Bazaar

・Your exploration in Kaifeng starts now! Head to the marked location on the north and talk to the first Wayfarer you encounter. This will unlock the Map for Granary of Plenty.

・Continue traveling until you reach Wheatwind Bazaar! Remember to activate the Boundary Stone by the entrance.

・When you get there, a vendor named Big Turtle will ask you to buy her trinket. You can purchase it for 2 Coins. It's very cheap, and doing so will give you the Blessed Turtle accessory.

・After the short scene, this Quest will be finished!
