Learn the Mystic Skill, Flute of the Tides. Play the flute to the heroes of Hexi.

[1] Complete a Solo Performance for the Monk Unknowing north of Peaceward Camp.

[2] Converse with him about the Flute of the Tides.

Quest markers will appear for you to play the flute in two locations:
・Whitecrown Fortress; and
・Heroes' Grave.

[3] Play the flute in Whitecrown Fortress.

[3] Play the flute at the Heroes' Grave.

[4] Go back to the Monk Unknowing and talk to him.

You now have the mystic skill, Flute of the Tides.
