You discover who shot the birds, and seek out the person responsible to question him directly.

[1] Find the Archer

Optional: Loot the White Bird on the Ground before leaving.

・Keep crossing the bridge until you reach the Mysterious Man and Ruby.

・Approach and talk to the Archer.

[2] Talk to Feng Jisheng

・When you're ready to try out the Still Waters Scroll, talk to Feng Jisheng again.

[3] Practice Archery and defeat Feng Jisheng in the Contest

・The Archery Competition lasts 45 seconds. Use your new ability to slow down movements so you can shoot more White Birds!

[4] Talk to Feng Jisheng

・After sparring, immediately speak with Feng Jisheng. He will warn you about the Killerblade just before Ruby runs off.

・This marks the end of this Quest! Could this "Killerblade" be a new lead to the man you are searching for?
