Speak with the Serving Maiden named Ruoping, who will ask about a missing booklet.

[2] Pick up A Tattered Booklet.

On the left side of the Kunning Hall, grab the booklet on the grass next to a Cat.

[3] Return the Booklet to Ruoping.

Give the Quest Item to Ruoping to complete the Wandering Tale.
