[1] Speak with Hong Yang and Lu Ke at Encircling Lake.
[2] Travel to Twinbeast Ridge, enter the ruined riverside temple, and solve the Meow Meow puzzle.
[3] Open the fallen roof chest to obtain the first Strange Key.
[4] Cross west of Deerforage Cave and find the second Strange Key in a hidden tunnel chest behind rock debris.
[5] Enter the waterfall cave at Encircling Lake and unlock the final chest using both Strange Keys.
