Fight off some thugs who are harrassing a young girl.

[1] Chase away the bullies

・Travel to the marked area. The quest will begin once you are nearby. Be careful, you are being timed on if you can get there. Enter the compound and fight the bullies. The timer will still go down, but if you are fighting the thugs at that point then no need to worry.

[2] Talk to the girl

・After taking care of the bullies, talk to the girl they were harassing, Jhang Zhaoyue.

[3] Go to the Tavern

・Now head to the tavern. It should roughly be at the direction Zhaoyue is facing.

[4] Talk to the waiter

・Once you are at the tavern, talk to Zhao Quan, the waiter. After some dialogue, he will give you the food you need to deliver.

[5] Bring the food to the Young Girl

・Return to Jhang Zhaoyue and talk to her to complete the quest.
