At night, there is a figure that sneaks underground the residence near the Noodle Shop.

Complete the Wandering Tale Fed by the Fallen

[1] Go to the Noodle House at night and enter their basement.

The entrance is behind the counter where the owner is.

Pick up the Secret Letter by one of the lanterns. It will tell you what is needed to open the door.

To solve the puzzle and open the large door, here are the mechanics:
・All lanterns switch adjacent lanterns on/off
・The lantern pattern does not loop (Lantern 1 and 5 are not considered adjacent)

Steps:
・Turn Lantern 1 off
・Turn Lantern 5 on
・Turn Lantern 3 off
・Turn Lantern 2 on

[2] Explore the underground area.

Push open the door and go through the hallway.

You will find yourself in a room with a man called Xu Mingqiong. Talk to him.
He's a spy going undercover in the Xuanyuan cult but has been poisoned by the master.

[3] Find all the Armillary Keys.

In order to access the hidden chamber at the Xuanyuan Cult's shrine, you need to find all three Armillary Keys. Two are held by Chen Xizhao and Ge Canyang. You must use Celestial Seize to steal it off off them. The last one can be found beside the large statue.

At night, place all the keys at the large statue.

[4] Find the Xuanyuan Cult Master.

Open the door to the hidden underground area.

Once you enter the large room, you will fight the Cult Leader, Yuan Tiangang.
General Recommendation:
・Use a long-ranged weapon
・They are not very tanky so you only need to do special moves after expending their qi maybe 2-3 times
・Most of their moves can be deflected

Here is their moveset:

Move	Image	Description
Consecutive Slashes		4 consecutive forward slashes
Forward Charge		Yuan Tiangang will charge towards you.
Charged attack		This attack is long-ranged. Yuan Tiangang will charge for some time from far away and then attack you wish several slashes.

After defeating them, examine the corpse to receive Yuan Tiangang's Missive and Xuanyuan Antidote.
Also acquire the chest there.

[5] Find Xu Mingqiong at night and give him the antidote.

[6] Go to Xie Ruhui's grave and talk to Xu Mingqiong.
