Enemy Lair Walkthrough | Where Winds Meet

Having dealt with the Sleeping Puppets, you emerge in a ruined temple overtaken by outsiders. With the outpost located, it's time to part ways with Yi Dao.

[1] Observe the Ruined Temple

・Scout the area with Yi Dao. You will need to check the guards and look for an opening.

[2] Enter the Ruined Temple

・You've decided to set up the Killerblade. When he's busy with the guards, head inside the temple.

[3] Rescue Ruby and Beard Guang

・Once you head down the Quest area, you'll hear Ruby and Beard Guang calling for help.

・Push the door open and defeat the Aureate Swordsman guarding them. Then, you can untie the two to complete the rescue.

[4] Enter the Main Hall

・Ruby and Beard Guang have escaped to safety. You can now proceed to the Main Hall of the temple.

・The main door is locked, so you must find another way to enter. Jump to the roof and enter through the opening.

[5] Defeat the Enemy

・Battle the large white horse, Dalang. Be prepared for two phases in this Boss Fight!

・For the first phase, you'll face Dalang and the Horse Tamer, who will occasionally shoot Poison Darts.

・It is not required to defeat the Horse Tamer; your focus should be on attacking Dalang.

・Watch out for the horse's Body Slam, Charge Attack, and Stomp! These moves deal heavy damage.

・The battle becomes one-on-one in the second phase. Dalang performs a Special Continuous Stomp attack. Time your jump to avoid this, then execute a counterattack afterward.

・Remember to use your Panacea Fan if you need some healing during the fight.

・The "A Horse Neighs in the Forest" Questline will end once this Boss is defeated.
