[1] At Zi hour, talk to Shi Shouzhi who is near the shore, east of Frostgate Crossing.

He will give you the Shi Family Letter. He doesn't know whether to give it to his father first or his mother.

You noted: *A letter from home, but to whom should it be given? To the stern father who has disowned him? Or to the doting mother whose loving stitches once fortified his clothes against the long road ahead?

You have two options:

[2.1] Give the letter to the father, Shi Shifu near the docks.

OR

[2.2] Give the letter to the mother, Cui Xian.

You can find her in Heavenfall near the house in the southwest area.
