Ma Shenglu is in shambles. He is about to close his Donkey Meat Bun business because all his donkeys were stolen! And the culprit is a Daoist?! Is this the truth?

[1] Talk to Ma Shenglu.
He tells you that he is closing his Donkey Meat Bun Business because a Daoist stole all his donkeys!

[2] Ask the Sleeping Daoist for advice.

[3] Wake the Sleeping Daoist.
You are given two options:
・Wake him roughly
・Wake him politely
No matter what, you still can't wake him up.

[4] Find another way to wake him.
Your clue is on the Handwritten Letter:

If your heart grows clouded with malice, cast Buddha's Tear into the incense burner to still the mind.
If the matter turns urgent, cast Bai Zhu into the burner to ward off drowsiness.

If wolves block your path, cast Vicious Flower into the burner to drive them off. (Small note: Learn from past mistakes, do not use unless absolutely necessary! Remember this!)

[5] Put Bai Zhu in the Incense Burner to wake the Daoist.
You fell asleep instead.

[6] Talk to the Green Donkey.
It tells you that Ma Shenglu is not good for the donkeys because he likes horses more than donkeys. It tells you to talk to the other donkeys.

[7] Talk to the Lovesick donkey.
It tells you that it loves the Green Donkey.

[8] Talk to the Gluttonous Donkey.
It just loves to eat grass.

[9] Talk to the Melancholic Donkey
It's confused whether it's a deer, a horse, or a donkey. It tells you that the Ma Shenglu calls the "deer meat buns" as "donkey meat buns."

[10] Talk to the Green Donkey again.
You tell it that the donkeys weren't stolen, but they came here with their own will. It tells you that Ma Shenglu never used donkeys on his meat buns but used deer meat instead. After the reveal, the donkey kicks you out of the dream.

[11] Talk to the Sleeping Daoist.
He asks you what you would do now that you know what happened.

[12] Return to the Donkey Meat Bun stall and expose Ma Shenglu!

[13] Stop and eavesdrop on Ma Shenglu. He tells the people that he has brought new donkeys from Bohai (not home-raised) just to raise the price. You suddenly hear the Sleeping Daoist! He tells you, "Stay calm. Go buy a bun, then scare him with news about a donkey plague in Bohai."

[14] Buy a meat bun.

[15] Eat the meat bun.
Become the best actor and fake a stomachache. Observe what happens.

[16] Talk to the Sleeping Daoist to end the quest.
