A Tale of Two Dragons (Mystery by the Shore) Side Story Full Walkthrough and Details | Where Winds Meet

You hear about the two Dragon Kings from Ren Xia. Find the Dragon Kings and learn what it means to be a hero.

This encouter was triggered after doing the Injustice Quest, Melodic Trial: A Tale of Two Dragons

[1] Talk to the Fishing Elder.

You find out that these two elders are known as Dragon Kings who protect the river as their duty. Opening his celestial eye, Yuan Buyu tells you that he saw a mother and her daughter near Hearthfall who took poison.

[2] Find Madamm Zhang and her daughter.

You find both of them are indeed poisoned.

[3] Check your inventory for Yuan Buyu's pouch.

It contains the instructions to help Madam Zhang and her daughter.

[4] Wait for two (2) days or advance the time.

Check their status by talking to them. You tell them that the Dragon Kings asked you to take them to Moteheart Haven to find skilled healers and teach them to become healers. After taking them to Moteheart Haven, you receive the empty bottle of Souldrift Powder from Madam Zhang.

[5] Return to the Dragon Kings.

This time, it's Jiang Wuyu's turn to prove that he is also a Dragon King. He tells you about the three brothers who lost their money. Jiang Wuyu tracked it, and he asked you to return it to the brothers.

[6] You find a chest and two corpses.

Examine the corpses. Check your inventory for Jiang Wuyu's pouch. It contains the instructions to help the Li brothers.

[7] Wait for one day or advance the time.

Check the riverside where you can find the Li brothers. Take them to see the corpses.

[8] Return to the Dragon Kings.

You ask them if Yuan Buyu is related to the Silver Needles Sect and Jiang Wuyu to the Midnight Blades Sect. You check on them, and you find that Yuan Buyu's hands are damaged and Jiang Wuyu's legs are damaged too.

[9] Listen to their tale.

[10] Leave the Dragon Kings and talk to Ren Xia.
