[1] Wait Until Next Day at Chen Hour

・You can adjust the time via Menu-Time. Note that the Chen Hour is specifically between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

[2] Go to the Forsaken Quarter

・Head to the marked location to start the "Universal Furnace: Reunion" Questline.

[3] Ask Big Zhao for Clues

・Speak with Big Zhao by the entrance. Since the Ghost Market is hidden in the shadows, there are strict rules you must follow when meeting the Ferryman.

・Read the Ferryman Guide that Big Zhao gave you and take note of the instructions.

[4] Find the Little Beggar

[5] Ask Little Beggar for Clues

・Talk to the Red-faced Little Beggar and she'll give you the next clue in finding the Ferryman.

[6] Go to the Ferryman's Location

・The Ferryman will give you a Map marked with "the price".

[7] Go to the Marked Location

[8] Use Celestial Seize to obtain the Requested Item

・Grab the Hong Si's Scroll using the Celestial Seize Mystic Skill. You must avoid being detected while performing this action!
